Fikes Commercial Hygiene provides scenting services only to “commercial” businesses (i.e. offices, multi-family, retail, schools, etc.) and to governmental entities. To accommodate those who love and appreciate the essential oil scents we offer for their personal residences, we are offering them to be sold from our online “Scent Shop” webpage.
You can order up to three 100ml plastic bottles of essential oil of the same scent or various combinations of scents. All orders are subjected to state & local taxes.
All orders are mailed through the U.S. Post Office throughout the lower 48 states for a flat shipping/handling fee of $15. We strive to ship out an order within 5-10 business days.
Once your order is processed using your credit card, it can not be cancelled and unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on purchases of our essential oil scents due to the nature of our product.
However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, so if you receive a damaged scent bottle or are sent an incorrect item, please take photos and contact us via email at admin@fikescommercialhygiene.com. We will review the situation and strive to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or offer a discount on your next order.
One last item, we do not sell “cold air” scent diffusers since it is a personal preference depending on your lifestyle and living space. In addition, there are so many varities of cold air scent diffusers on the market (i.e. stationary, plug-in or wall units, battery or electrical powered units, etc.). We suggest you shop for your own cold air scent diffuser online (i.e. Amazon) or purchase from a brick-and-mortor store. We are not responsible for any issues regarding our essential oil scents and your personal cold air diffuser.
